Jason Towlen is a 1992 graduate of the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology.

He is currently a staff photographer at the Home News Tribune in central New Jersey. Jason's photographs have been broadcast by Dateline NBC and Larry King Live, and have been published by USA Today.com, The Boston Globe, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. His images have received awards from the Associated Press, the New Jersey Press Photographers Association, Print Magazine, the New Jersey Press Association and the Society for News Design. He serves as a volunteer photographer for Operation Smile, a non-profit medical services organization based in Norfolk, Virginia.
